Ivan Au, TPB’s Chief of Staff, is instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, and supporting the CEO and executive team in decision-making.

Before TPB, she advised entrepreneurs, investors, and private and public companies at Fenwick & West and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. She gained expertise on a range of corporate and transactional matters, including incorporation, venture capital transactions, public and private securities offerings, and corporate governance. Prior to practicing law, Ivan was an investment banker within Barclays' mergers and acquisitions group, advising companies across the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors.

Ivan graduated from Stanford Law School with a Doctor of Jurisprudence. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. Ivan’s proudest moment of 2023 thus far: becoming a new dog mom.
