Meghan (Duff) Fernandez is Executive Assistant to the CEO. She provides administrative, clerical, and tactical support for Dave and helps coordinate cross-functional projects for Dave’s tightly interconnected team.

Before TPB, Meghan was Pat Brown’s EA at Impossible Foods, a role she began when the pre-production, pre-commercial company was still in stealth mode. As employee No. 100, Meghan remained Pat’s EA for more than seven years – through launch and hypergrowth. Before that, she was EA for nearly nine years to venture capitalist Ram Shriram at Sherpalo Ventures on Sand Hill Road in Menlo Park, and before that she spent two years as EA to the CEO of mid-size consulting firm Pivot.Point Partners in the city.

Born and raised in SF, Meghan is proud to be a fourth generation San Franciscan. Meghan resides in Marin, and her happy place is playing with her rescue dog on Lake Tahoe’s west shore.
